I'm having a hard time removing the filter from my Drean Eco 6-06 washing machine. It's really stuck, and no matter what I do, it won't budge. I've looked at the manual and searched online for solutions, but nothing seems to work. I'm worried about breaking the cap or lid while trying to get it off. Does anyone have tips on how to safely remove a stuck filter?

Sounds frustrating! Make sure you're turning it left to loosen. Sometimes these filters can get gunked up. If you haven’t already, try using a bit of lubricant around the edge to see if that helps it come loose. Just be gentle to avoid breaking anything! Good luck!
Have you tried checking if there's any buildup around the filter area? Sometimes, lint and debris can really seal it in there. If you can, use some warm water to help dissolve any stuck stuff. Just be cautious when pulling on it so you don't damage anything!
I had a similar issue! Sometimes wiggling it gently while twisting can help loosen it. Give that a shot!

Yeah, I second the lubricant suggestion. Just a tiny bit around the edge should help. Don't force it too much, though!
