I had a contractor install laminate flooring under my kitchen cabinets nine years ago, and they did a terrible job, leaving some boards still under there after I tore up most of it. Now I'm left with partial boards under the cabinets and need some advice on how to deal with this situation. The flooring spans both tile and parquet, and I've got some images to show the mess as well. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!

You can either pull the quarter round and baseboard, then score the LVP with a sharp knife along the cabinet base to snap it off. If needed, an oscillating tool can make things quicker too. Just make sure you check under appliances like the dishwasher and fridge for the flooring, as those may be harder to get out without removing the cabinets.
Start by removing the quarter round molding around the cabinets. Use an oscillating tool to cut the flooring flush with the cabinet bases, then protect the cabinets with some tape. Once you've replaced the quarter round, it'll help cover up the job when you're finished with the floor.
Thank you! That also helps me with how to cover some gaps where they lifted the baseboard for the new floor. I’m actually planning to give the parquet some love and figure out the tile later.
Scoring is a great option, I didn’t even think of that. Thank you!
