How Do I Replace My Broken Bedroom A/C Unit?

Hey everyone! I just moved into a condo and unfortunately, the A/C unit in my bedroom has stopped working. It still powers on, but the blower motor isn't functioning, so I can't get any cool air. I have a new unit ready to install, but I'm not sure how to safely remove the old one. I know I need to take off the trim pieces, but what's the best way to do this without damaging anything? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Start by cutting the seam between the trim and the wall with a sharp knife to break any caulk seal. Then, use a pry bar or the claw of a hammer with a mudding knife behind it to gently pry the trim away from the wall. This helps distribute the pressure so you don't damage the wall. Just take your time and go slow!

Thanks! This sounds easier than I was anticipating!
