I'm new to this and just grabbed the M12 5.0 deal. I'm curious about how the return process works for online orders. Specifically, will they question me about the 5.0 batteries since my invoice includes both the tool and the batteries? I appreciate any help!

Returning it is pretty straightforward! A lot of people make it seem way more complicated by calling it a hack, but really, it’s just a return. Don’t stress over it too much. Just bring your receipt, and you should be good to go!
I've done this before, and it’s easy! Just take your receipt in, and they’ll refund you for the tool. They usually don’t say anything about the batteries on the invoice. That's how it worked for me!
