I'm trying to mix a small batch of Sackrete, around 11-12 cups, but I can't find any specific guidelines for how much water to add compared to the full bag amount. Is there a straightforward way to scale this ratio down, or any tips for getting the right consistency? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You can definitely scale the water ratio down! If it seems too thick when you start mixing, just add a bit more water gradually. Make sure to mix it well before adding more, as it can still work even if it’s slightly thinner. Just be careful if you're using forms, as a very runny mix can escape through gaps.
