I'm curious if anyone has a system for managing fertilizing and watering for a collection of 30 or more plants. I use a water meter for watering, but I often forget which plants I've already fertilized. Any tips or methods that work for you?

One method I use is fertilizing weakly every time I water. I don't stick to a strict schedule; instead, I water when the pot feels light, which helps me know it's time to hydrate. Sometimes I'll stick my finger into the soil for a better gauge, but lifting the pot usually does the trick for me.
I make it simple by adding liquid fertilizer every time I water. Additionally, about every two months, I throw in some CalMag for extra nutrients. It keeps my plants happy without overcomplicating things!
I use an app called Ploi to log my fertilizing schedule. It helps me keep track of plants that need less water, which is a challenge for me. I also add photos to monitor their growth, especially with my tomato plants—they grow so fast!
I've got over 100 houseplants, and what works for me is a multi-day fertilizing round. I fertilize according to how often I water each plant and use little sticky notes or stickers on the pots to indicate they've been fertilized. Once I'm done with the round, I peel them all off. It's a simple system that keeps me organized!
