I recently installed some shelves that are about 2 feet from the ceiling in my garage. While I can reach them when they're empty, I need a step ladder when they're full, and I worry about their weight. I'm looking for advice on how to safely put these bins up and take them down without risking any injuries or damage.

I use a pulley system to bring the bins down – super handy if you're not tall! It saves you from having to climb a ladder and handling the weight directly. If you’re going to talk about amazing setups like that, let's see some photos!
Using a ladder that allows you to reach the bins without straining is key. They should be low enough to pull them off easily. If that’s still tough, think about using smaller bins or packing them lighter so they’re easier to manage.
One of the best tips is to always store lighter boxes at the top and heavier ones at the bottom. It really makes accessing everything easier and safer! If you've got only heavy bins, consider downsizing or having a yard sale to lighten your load.
