I'm working in a compact 32'x14' shop where I have limited wall space. I'm trying to figure out a smart way to store sheet goods before I use them. I'm not looking to buy a large quantity at once, but I know I'll need several sheets for upcoming projects, including a new miter station and some cabinets—specifically, 5 lower cabinets and 4 upper cabinets. Any creative storage solutions would be greatly appreciated!

I usually have my sheets delivered and cut them outside. Once I’ve made the cuts, the scraps sit on my workbench until I find the motivation to clear them out. It's not ideal, but it works in a pinch!
Check out this sheet goods cart I built that doubles as a vertical stand for cutting down sheets. It was inspired by Stumpy Nubs' design and is really handy! I made it shorter for my space, and it works great as a storage solution. Cutting isn’t as easy as he makes it seem, but it does the job!
I totally get your struggle! I made my project table larger than 4' x 8' and put it on casters, which lets me slide sheets underneath it. It keeps the floor clear and makes cutting a lot easier!

This is awesome. Thank you!
