I'm growing Roma tomatoes and Manny cucumbers in my greenhouse, which has a humidity level of 96-99% and temperatures around 26-29 degrees Celsius. I'm using a wrap over the pots where the seeds are planted. How long should I expect them to sprout and germinate? Also, once they germinate, what kind of light intensity do they require? Should I switch to a VIPAR Spectra P2000 light or stick with my Monios L T5 bar grow lights? Thanks for any advice!

If you didn't use seed packets, it might be a bit tricky since packet guidelines are super helpful. But usually, good humidity and warmth should help your seeds sprout. Once they start to grow, I’d recommend switching to the VIPAR Spectra P2000 for better results! Those lights should give your plants the intensity they need to thrive.
Typically, tomatoes and cucumbers are super easy to germinate! From my experience, they usually sprout within a week. However, just keep in mind that different varieties can vary a bit in germination time. It seems like your conditions are perfect for them!
