Hey fellow gardeners! I've got these gorgeous balconies filled with plants, but I'm constantly battling pests like aphids, mealybugs, and spider mites. It's draining my enthusiasm for gardening! Is it typical to dedicate so much time and money to pest management? How much of your gardening efforts are focused on preventing or dealing with pests? Is it possible that my neighbors' balconies are contributing to the problem?

I've been fighting off fungus gnats since last year, and it’s been a tough battle! They seem to come from the potting soil here in Pennsylvania. Nematodes have been a game changer for me; I treat my soil with them and replace them every few months. It really helps with those pesky larvae!

I had the same issue until I started using beneficial nematodes too. They've made a huge difference for me!
