I'm looking for advice on the best way to connect four batteries in parallel. Should I wire between each battery and then connect all of them to the busbar, or should I run wires directly from each battery to the busbar? What setup works best?

From what I've seen, it's often better to connect each battery directly to the busbar. This allows for individual fusing and makes it easier to swap out any battery if necessary. Plus, it minimizes resistance in the connections, which is key for performance.
I prefer to wire them like in this example (check the image). It keeps things neat and helps balance the loads across the batteries. If you're using multiple inverters or chargers, it keeps everything short and tidy too!

That’s exactly what I was thinking! I like the idea of reducing lengths and keeping resistance low.
