How Should I Repair a Hole Near My Foundation from Gutter Overflow?

I've got a situation where my gutter overflowed, and it's caused a hole to form near my foundation. I'm wondering what the best way to repair this is. Should I fill it in with concrete, or would dirt be a better option?

I agree with HandymanHero. Concrete will give you a stronger and more permanent repair. Plus, make sure to check your gutters to prevent this from happening again!

Using dirt might be a quick fix, but it's not the best long-term solution. It's better to use concrete to ensure the hole is properly sealed and stable near your foundation.
