How to Build a DIY Drone Jammer Without Getting in Trouble?

Hey everyone! I'm looking for some help and guidance on building an omnidirectional drone jamming device that can disable drones within at least a 50-meter radius. I want to power it with a battery and need advice on the necessary concepts and parts involved. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated!

Interesting topic! I heard that in Ukraine, they used fiber optics for countering drones. It’s a different approach completely. Could you expand on that, though? I’m curious how fiber relates to this whole jamming situation.

Sure! Fiber optics can be used for secure communications that aren’t easily intercepted or jammed. It’s not jamming per se, but it’s a way around RF issues.

Yeah, I’d rethink this idea if I were you. A 50-meter radius isn’t realistic for a personal project, especially without getting into serious legal trouble. Instead, you might want to look into drone detection systems, which are legal and a lot safer to explore.
