I'm trying to connect my PAMR 500 robot lawn mower to both the Parkside and Lidl home apps, but I'm having no luck. I've set up my WiFi to work on 2.4GHz, and still, the mower doesn't show up. The manual doesn't mention anything about app controls, so I'm wondering if anyone's got tips or insights on this?

Well well I rang up with that query and was told my model did connect. I keep on failing. Even the manager of a Lidl store was ignored. He just said I could have my money back. Customer service eventually came back to me. They assured me that they do everything they can. Except of course make sure that the text in the manual is right. My manual came inside the box and states clearly that pamr 500 A1 is compatible with the app. Sadly Lidl has lost a customer
Just a heads up, I don't think the PAMR 500 model supports app control. I believe only the PAMR 250 and 1000 have that feature.
Wow, I hadn't even considered that! If the 500 isn't app-controlled, that means all the scheduling has to be done manually on the mower itself, right? So if it’s set to mow every other day and it’s pouring outside, I'd have to run out to stop it? Seems like a missed opportunity for remote control!
One thing to check is if your 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks have different names. Sometimes, if they share the same name, it confuses the smart devices, including mowers and smart plugs.
