I'm constructing a circular retaining wall that's about 25 feet in diameter. The issue is that when I reach the end, I won't have a full-size brick to fit in perfectly. Should I just cut the last brick to make it fit, or would it be better to rearrange some of the other bricks to make everything flow nicely?

It really depends on the type of bricks you're using! If each row is set back a bit further than the one below it, the best approach is usually to plan for one row to fit perfectly, and then accept that the others will require some cutting to get that smooth circular look. If you want everything to look tidy, cutting might be the way to go!
