How to Fix Cracks in My Patio Wall?

Hey everyone! I've noticed some cracks forming on our back patio wall, and I'm hoping for some advice on how to fix them. I'm not really comfortable tackling this myself because it seems like a job for a pro bricklayer. After renovating our house, we ended up with a raised patio, and we're planning to add steps down to the garden eventually. I've included a video that explains the issue better and shows images of the wall during construction, indicating that it has a double wall setup and how we initially filled the patio area with plastic and wood waste (which was removed before laying the patio with the right materials). We already had someone check out a corner crack, and they mentioned removing the old mortar and reinforcing it with steel bars. I'm aware now that there should have been some support every 6m for the wall. I'd love any suggestions on how to properly address this problem because I definitely don't want to wake up to a collapsed patio!

I’d recommend adding steel bars to reinforce the wall, especially if you plan to fix it properly. That will help it hold up longer. If you're looking for a quicker and cheaper alternative, you could replace the broken section yourself by inserting a new piece and using concrete—Home Depot or Lowe's will have everything you need for that!

Thanks for the advice! I think I'd feel better paying a bit more for a professional job to avoid future issues. Don't want it breaking down on me later!
