How to Fix Gaps After Installing a Bathroom Vanity?

Hey everyone! I'm a bit of a rookie at DIY projects and I recently replaced my bathroom vanity. I made sure to glue it to the wall and silicone everything properly, but now I've noticed there are some significant gaps on the side and back. It's too late for me to remove it and make adjustments since the glue has already dried. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can close these gaps and make the installation look more professional? I'm open to using curved tiles or anything else you recommend, and if you could share pictures or specific names of the materials, I would really appreciate it!

You might want to consider installing a tile backsplash. It can really elevate the look of your vanity and help cover up those gaps! Just make sure to plan it out so it covers everything you want to hide.

It's pretty common for walls to have slight imperfections. One way to deal with it is to scribe the drywall to mark where it sticks out, then you can sand and apply some joint compound to even it out. For gaps wider than a quarter inch, you could use backer rod and caulk, which should help smooth everything over and make it look neat.
