I'm currently running a Raspberry Pi powered by a USB power bank, along with a PAM8403 amplifier connected to the audio output. However, I'm experiencing significant noise likely due to a ground loop issue. The amp's power and audio input grounds originate from the same source but take different paths. I understand that I can potentially solve this by using isolators on one of those paths. I've seen audio isolators that are easy to use but heard they might reduce bass and overall volume. On the other hand, I'm considering power supply isolators which don't seem to have those volume issues. I'm looking for some advice on how to best tackle this problem!

Before diving into isolators, how have you connected everything? A quick schematic or photo would help. Generally, you might not even need isolation in your circuit. Just a thought!

Thanks for the interest! [Here's a diagram of my setup.](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KItQae1BTUlfOM-oMFdWz1Nwl06BY5Qn/view?usp=drivesdk) The amp is one of those PAM8403 boards with a volume control, and I'm using a Raspberry Pi 5 with a USB audio interface.
