I had originally covered this area with Tyvek Housewrap, but it got damaged when I removed the marble windowsill and the thinset underneath. I'm considering cutting out the damaged wood and replacing it, then adding a smart vapor retarder (CertainTeed Membrain) and sealing any gaps with QUAD ISO.
