I've got a serious springtail problem! They're all over my driveway and now they're starting to invade my house. I've sprayed insecticide multiple times and cleaned the areas where they like to hang out, but nothing seems to work. I've even tried drain cleaner, vinegar, and boiling water, but they just keep coming back. Any tips on how to really get rid of them?

It might help to dry things out a bit! Springtails thrive in moist conditions. Fixing any drainage issues and maybe even using a dehumidifier could really help. I had a similar issue near my basement and drying everything out made a huge difference!
It sounds like you might have a moisture issue. They tend to proliferate in damp areas with plenty of plant debris. I had a similar situation where I overwatered and they came in by the thousands! Cleaning up your yard, especially around your plants, can deter them. Chemicals don’t seem to kill them, but reducing moisture really helped me cut down their presence.
Have you figured out how they’re coming in? I had a similar issue and found they were sneaking in through a slightly unsealed sliding glass door. I gave the tracks a thorough clean and removed some of the debris outside, and that helped a lot. I also got a professional spray from Terminex that did the trick for me!
I’m not sure how they’re getting in either. We’ve got four doors and twelve windows, and these little guys are tiny! I’m worried that even sealing won’t help. We just have new grass that needs watering, so it’s tricky!
Do you remember what kind of spray they used? I’ve tried a bunch but nothing has worked so far.
I don’t have much in my yard besides new grass that I have to keep watered. The perimeter has rocks only, so I’m not sure how to tackle that.
