I'm using Sika crack flex sealant and finding that I waste about a third of what's in the tube. Does anyone have tips for using up the entire product before I have to toss the tube? I bought a case and really want to avoid waste, but it gets tricky if I don't use it as directed.

One hack is to just slice the tube open and scoop it out with your fingers. If you have a contractor-grade caulking gun, it should let you use almost all of the sealant without wasting much. Just make sure to do this carefully to avoid a mess!
I've found that sealing the tip with a piece of wax or even dipping it in some wax can help save the rest for later. Although it might not apply perfectly every time, it can keep the sealant useful!
You could also look into buying special caps designed for these types of tubes. Some people suggest putting a screw in the tip and then wrapping it tightly with electrical tape to help seal it, though results may vary with higher-end caulks.
