Hey everyone! I have a bit of a beginner's question about growing plants. I'm trying to find out what type of seed I should use to grow creeping phlox in my garden border. I've looked online, but I've come across so much information that it's left me a bit confused. Any guidance would be really appreciated! Also, I'm in zone 6b, just to give you some context. Thanks! ?

You should look for seeds specifically labeled as Phlox subulata. That’s the correct species for creeping phlox. Just make sure you’re getting the right kind so they thrive in your garden!
Many folks actually prefer to grow creeping phlox from established plants rather than seeds. It’s a bit easier, and you’ll get quicker results. I got mine from a site called American Meadows, and they came as young plants that weren’t blooming yet. They took a little time, but they turned out beautiful this year! Just give them some patience and care!
