I'm about to move into a condo that we just bought, and I need some advice on installing curtain tracks into the concrete ceiling. The bylaws restrict how deep I can drill to just 5/8" to avoid damaging the post tension rods. Additionally, if I drill into the metal frame of the windows, it will void the warranty. I'm hoping to avoid the high cost of hiring a contractor, so I'm looking for some DIY solutions or tips. Any thoughts?

Have you thought about using a FlexiCore system? If that’s the case, check out some photos online to see where you can safely drill. If you have lights in the ceiling, maybe consider those existing points? But, just make sure you stick to what’s allowed by the bylaws!

Yeah, I checked the FlexiCore out, but I’m a bit hesitant since it might still go against the bylaws. I do have the option for a ceiling light, but it's empty right now since it’s a new build.
