How to Install a No-Drill Bi-Fold Barn Door for Our Open Entryway?

Hey everyone! My wife and I are working from home and need a way to block some sound in our open entryway. We're considering a bi-fold barn door made from solid wood, but here's the catch: we can't drill into the walls since we rent the place. I've included a photo of the space where we want to put the door track [here](https://imgur.com/a/gO0k5LI). We'd love to find a no-drill solution—maybe something that uses clamps or suction cups? Any ideas would be super helpful! Thanks!

I get your dilemma with not being able to drill! Have you thought about using a sound-dampening screen door instead? It's portable and typically doesn’t require any installation. Check this one out: [accordion door](https://www.amazon.com/MaKefeile-Accordian-Temporary-Customize-Filtering/dp/B0C8TMWYDV?th=1) but just be cautious—it might not be sturdy enough for heavy wood.

That might be a decent option, but keep in mind that it requires drilling, and is a bit flimsy. Since your door frame looks strong, something that clamps on might actually be more suitable for a heavier door.
