I'm working with a large piece of plywood, measuring 74 inches by 16 inches, and I initially cut it using an Accu cut Kreg track saw. However, I've noticed that my cuts are often off by about 1/16 inch. To get a more precise width, I'm planning to run it through my 10-inch table saw. What steps can I take to ensure I do this safely? I'm thinking of using a feather board and supporting the plywood with infeed and outfeed supports. Any tips?

It sounds like you know the basics of safe cutting! In addition to the feather board, an outfeed support is really important because it helps keep the board level as you're pushing it through. An infeed support can also be handy to maintain stability. You might want to practice with the blade lowered first—this way, you can ensure everything stays flat and make any minor adjustments before cutting.
Absolutely, using a feather board is a great idea! Just make sure to position it in front of the blade, pushing the plywood against the fence side, not the waste side. This setup should keep everything secure while you cut.
Thank you for the advice!
