I'm trying to switch the hot and cold water lines under my sink. The installation was a bit off, and hot water is coming out from the right side. It looks like the hose runs straight through the pipe and connects into the handle or cartridge. I'm not quite sure how to remove the center set to swap them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Also, if anyone can tell me what these types of hoses or water lines are called, that would be awesome. I found out later it's called a pull stop box, and for my setup, you have to pull the pin out far to unscrew the handle to access the lines.

It sounds like you’ve got compression fittings back there behind the escutcheons. First thing, make sure to turn off the main water valve to avoid any surprises. You can carefully pull away the escutcheons to get access. The compression fittings typically just need a wrench to loosen, and that'll allow you to swap the lines easily. Just take it slow!
