I need some help with a shower setup where the shower head is too low for my family. I'm not very experienced with plumbing and I'm open to suggestions! Should I consider making changes behind the wall, or are there simpler fixes? I've attached some images for reference. Thanks for any advice you can offer!

Another simple fix could be getting an adjustable shower extension. They come in different lengths and finishes so you can find one that fits your style! You can usually install it without too much hassle.
A handheld shower sprayer might also give you that extra height you need. They typically add about half a foot. Check out this option I found!
Have you thought about installing a shower gooseneck? We put one in when we moved in and it really helped with our tall kids. They're both over 6 feet now, so having that extra height has been fantastic!
This is definitely the way to go!
Haha, those boys sound like they're built well!

Absolutely! I have one of these and it works great for that exact reason.
