How to Replace a Weirdly Sized Exterior Door?

I live in a 1961 house and need to replace my rear exterior door, which has some unusual dimensions: 75" x 36" x 1/-34". I've searched thrift and salvage stores for a used door but haven't had any luck. A contractor suggested I convert it to a standard 80" door, but that sounds too expensive. I'm interested in finding either a used door that's affordable or a reasonably priced custom option. I can handle hanging the door myself, but the custom door route has me worried about getting the measurements right for the jamb and hinges. Any suggestions on where I could look for used doors or how I could approach getting a custom door made?

You know, it’s often pretty easy to cut down a found door to fit your size. You might also want to check out local door shops that will cut a door down for you. If you're really looking for something made to measure, there are door manufacturers who can build to your specs. It can be a straightforward process if you find the right place!

That’s my issue too: I need those 'easy to find' places but can't seem to locate them. My searches keep leading me to contractors who only deal with installation, not just the door itself. Any specific stores or websites I should check out?
