I have a woodworking bench that has holes in its base for securing it to the floor, but I want to make sure I can easily move it when needed. The mounting holes should be flush with the concrete floor to avoid any protruding anchors, which is typical for these setups. My concrete floor is quite old but fully cured. I'm looking for a way to permanently fix a nut into the floor that can still allow me to remove and reuse it. Currently, I have some expanding ground anchors in mind, similar to rawlplugs, but I'm unsure if they can be easily unbolted and reused. Any suggestions?

Have you considered using Tapcons? They’re like self-tapping screws that go directly into concrete. However, keep in mind that they might be a bit trickier for your needs since removing and reusing them can be a challenge.
You can definitely use a drop-in anchor, like the ones from Simpson Strong Tie. They work well for what you’re looking for, allowing you to bolt and unbolt your bench easily without leaving any protrusions when it’s removed. Just make sure you drill the right size hole into your concrete to fit them properly!
