How to Square the Blade on a Ryobi Table Saw?

I received a Ryobi table saw as a gift from a friend, and I've been struggling to square the blade to the table. No matter what I do, my digital angle gauge is showing it can't get below 90.5 degrees. Does anyone have tips on how I might fix this issue?

I’ve dealt with this issue on my older Ryobi. There’s a bolt inside the housing that you can adjust to help square the blade. It made a big difference for me! Just keep an eye on where it is so you don’t lose track of the adjustment.

Thanks for the tip! Do you remember where exactly the bolt is located in the housing?

Getting the blade perfectly square on a Ryobi can be tricky. My experience is that rather than obsessing over those gauge readings, focus on the quality of your cuts. I have a Ryobi saw too, and while it's okay for rough work, it tends to need constant tuning. Expect that your adjustments might not hold perfectly because of vibrations and the throat plate not sitting flush. I recommend making a few test cuts and checking them with a real square. Trust the results over the numbers to avoid driving yourself crazy!
