I had a bit of a disaster under my sink today when it came crashing down, and my partner and I spent two hours trying to prop it up while the silicone cures. Our arms are toast! I'm considering calling a professional on Sunday, but does anyone have any quick tips to keep it supported until then? I need about 19 inches of height to hold it up.

You can use some pieces of a 2x4 or a 2x2 as temporary support. An 8-foot 2x4 should give you enough length to prop it up on all corners if my math is right!
It sounds like silicone alone isn't going to cut it. You might want to look into some specific undermount sink brackets that are made for this. It could also be a good idea to ask a friend with some handy skills to help out—saves you a headache!
Check out Amazon for undersink mounting brackets—they have a bunch of options! Just grab a set, get them installed, and you'll never have to worry about this again.
