My basement is really humid and damp due to the lack of heating and having only two small windows for airflow. I'm looking for some effective ways to increase circulation or manage moisture aside from just using a dehumidifier. It would be great to transform it into a cozy space, but right now, we can't keep anything down there because of the moisture damage.

Have you considered what kind of cooling you have in your house? If your other rooms have AC, you might want to close those basement windows. Keeping the air from outside out could help with moisture issues.
Just a heads up, humidity often comes from poor insulation rather than a lack of airflow. Dehumidifiers can definitely help, but if your basement is close to a water source underground without proper insulation, then that might be your bigger issue.
To manage moisture in your basement, I'd recommend using multiple dehumidifiers and some box fans. I have about 3 or 4 fans in my basement to help circulate the air, and trust me, it makes a huge difference! Just make sure to address any water leaks in your walls or foundation since that will keep the place dry. My dehumidifiers need to be emptied daily, but everything stays nice and dry in there.
