Hey everyone! A couple of years ago, we moved into our home and tackled most of the inside renovations. Now we're finally getting around to sprucing up the 2-car detached garage. Right now, the walls are just exposed insulation and old wood paneling, the concrete floor is splattered with paint, and the garage door is barely hanging in there—it just feels really "dirty" overall. We aren't very handy, but we want to try DIYing most of the work to save money. I'd love to hear your recommendations on how to kick things off, what products are best for the walls and floors, and any simple but awesome tools or items that you swear by having in your garage. Thanks in advance for your help!

If the garage door frame is solid, definitely think about installing a new door based on your budget. After that, you can tackle everything else on your own. Also, sharing some pictures might help folks give better advice!
