Hey folks! I'm in a bit of a pickle here. My apartment only has a shower stall, and I got one of those temporary tubs from Amazon to use in it. The issue is that the tub sits flush against the floor of the shower stall, which means that when I try to drain it through a spout at the bottom, the water can't escape because it blocks the drain. I'm trying to figure out an easy way to elevate the tub so that water can flow underneath it. I'm thinking it might need a sturdy frame to hold a good amount of weight, but I don't have any tools or experience. Any simple solutions you can suggest? Thanks a ton! -jeff

One idea is to use a platform made from PVC pipes! You can create a frame with the pipes and then place a piece of plexiglass on top to support the tub. This way, it elevates the tub and allows the water to easily drain underneath it. Plus, it's lightweight and shouldn’t require too many tools. Just be sure to test how much weight it can handle before using it!

Sounds great! But how much weight do you think a setup with four PVC pipes and a plexiglass top could actually hold?
