If You Could Grow Any Plant in Your Zone, What Would It Be?

Imagine you've got a magic spell that makes any plant thrive in your climate zone, no matter the odds. It could be a plant that wouldn't usually survive where you live—frost? No problem! Not enough chill? Still grows! You just have to take care of watering and fertilizing like usual. What would you pick?

I’d totally go for an avocado tree! They’re just the best and would thrive no matter where I am.

Definitely a lemon tree! I used to have one in California and miss it dearly. Growing one in a pot here hasn’t been as fruitful, though.

Have you thought about bringing it indoors during the winter? That could help!

Meyer lemons are perfect for pots, just give them plenty of sunlight!

Mango trees all the way! Can't get enough of them, if only I could make it work through winter!

Haha, I'm with you! A mango tree would make my day.

Same here! I adore mangoes but just can't handle the cold.
