Is $1900 for Labor to Paint a 2200 Sqft House a Good Deal?

Hey everyone! I just got a quote for $1900 to paint the interior of my house, which is about 2200 square feet. This price is for labor only since I'm buying the paint myself (about $700 for 15 gallons of paint and 15 gallons of primer). The quote includes all the prep work needed and will cover both the walls and ceilings in the same color. They estimate it will take around a week to finish. Does this seem like a good deal, or should I be looking for better offers?

It does seem a bit cheap, but if you’ve checked their portfolio and they're professional, go for it! Just keep your expectations realistic about the quality.

Honestly, that quote sounds fantastic! It's almost hard to believe, really. For a similar size, I paid a lot more in the past. Just make sure to check their references first!

I'm with the others—this could be too good to be true. Make sure you're doing your homework on the contractor. If they're reputable, it might actually be a steal!
