Is 31 Volts Enough for My 12V System Setup?

I'm currently setting up a small solar system in my trailer with three panels. The panels have an operating voltage of 31 volts and a VOC of 37 volts, which totals to 111 volts when connected in series. My MPPT can handle a maximum of 150VDC. My question is whether 31 volts is sufficient to use with my 12V system, or should I go ahead and connect them in series for 111 volts?

If shading isn't a concern for your setup, I'd recommend wiring all three panels in series. However, if there's a chance that any of the panels will be partially shaded at times, going with a parallel configuration might be a better option. This way, you can still get a good charge even if one or two panels get shaded.

That's true! When it comes to shading, going parallel can save you from losing too much power.
