I'm considering adding a new section of cabinets next to my fridge that will match my existing ones. The dimensions I need are 99 inches high, 30 inches wide, and 24 inches deep. Most cabinetry companies have told me I'd need to replace all the kitchen cabinets to get a match. However, a local guy offered to install and match the cabinets for $3200, which seems pretty high to me since I really wasn't looking for anything top-tier—just a decent match. What do you all think about this price?

It sounds like you've explored some options! I'd recommend checking out local cabinet refacing companies. I just had my cabinets refaced, and they had tons of door styles and colors to choose from. They even extended my island and added a new cabinet that blended perfectly. It was all very affordable and the results were seamless!

Thank you! I'll look for companies that do that kind of work in my area. I'm in DC so it feels like everything is just so much more expensive unfortunately.
