Is $6000 a Fair Price for a 6′ Tall Pressure Treated Fence in New England?

I'm looking for some insight on quotes for a basic pressure treated 6' tall fence with two gates. I've received a quote of $6000 for 80 linear feet of fencing, which seems high considering that buying the materials myself would only cost around $1000-$1200 at Home Depot. Since I'm new to the area, I'm struggling to find reliable contractors. Does anyone think this price is reasonable based on experience?

For reference, I had 220 feet of vinyl fencing installed in Chicago for $12k. Your quote doesn't seem too far off, especially if you're getting good quality work. Prices can vary quite a bit depending on the area, so it's worth considering everything.
