I'm really curious if anyone here has actually shopped at Arbor-home. Are they a legitimate online store or should I be cautious? Any experiences would be super helpful!

I took a look at their terms of service, and they seem somewhat legit, but be careful! It looks like some of their Milwaukee items might just be listed from third-party sellers. If you're looking for something specific, check out Milwaukee's official site for their list of authorized retailers to ensure you get a warranty.
I would steer clear of Arbor-home. I ordered some flooring from them that turned out to be discontinued, and I wasn't informed until two months later. They kept promising it would ship in 2-3 weeks, but that was just not the case. After filing a dispute with Affirm, my claim was rejected, and now it's been almost four months with no refund in sight.
Avoid this site like the plague! I ordered an artificial Christmas tree a month ago and it never showed up. They didn't provide any shipping info and ignored my requests for updates. It's definitely a scam in my experience.
