I've been pretty frustrated with Dewalt's customer service lately. I submitted a claim for a 12ah battery that won't charge, but they haven't responded in days. I even opened up a new claim hoping to get some attention, and a representative replied immediately saying he was closing that new claim without addressing my original issue. Has anyone else experienced slow responses from them?

Out of curiosity, how old is that battery? Dewalt usually has a decent warranty, so if it’s not even a year old, you might have a solid case to push for better support.
I had the same issue just the other day! I got an initial email saying my ticket was received, but then nothing happened for days before they just closed it without any follow-up. I'm starting to wonder if it's just a lazy employee or a bigger issue within their customer service approach.
I totally get your frustration! What reason did they give for closing your claim? When I had a similar issue, they actually helped me out pretty fast. Maybe it’s worth trying to reach out again?
They said they were closing the second claim I opened just to try to get a response back, which totally suck.

It's less than a year old! I’m really hoping it’s just a rough patch in their customer service.
