Is Following the Lunar Calendar Important for Indoor Plants and Gardens?

I've come across multiple articles suggesting that following the lunar calendar can enhance the way we care for our indoor plants and gardens. I'm curious to know if people find this practice effective. Have any of you tried this approach, and what are your thoughts or experiences?

Honestly, I think it's just a bunch of hype, like astrology. I don't see how the moon would have a real impact on plant care. Just stick to regular watering and sunlight—don't complicate things!

I don't think so either. It's just not necessary. But it’s interesting that many gardeners still follow those traditions. I wonder if it’s more cultural than practical?

I'm wondering now why this thing is so popular then! Seems like it's rooted in traditional agriculture where gardeners used the moon phases for planting and harvesting.
