I'm considering whether I can successfully grow grass from seed right now or if I should hold off until spring. I have a patch that measures about 15 meters by 5 meters, and I don't want to waste money on grass seed if the chances of success are low this time of year.

Planting now can actually work out well! The soil is warm, and there’s still moisture. Plus, with all those nice autumn days, it could be the perfect time to get that grass growing before the colder weather hits.
It's a decent time to start. If you keep it sunny and well-watered for the next few weeks, you should be fine. Just make sure you prepare the soil well beforehand!
I say go for it! I planted some patches a couple of weeks ago, and they’re already sprouting up nicely. If I had more areas to cover, I’d keep sowing seeds until the end of this month, as long as the weather stays decent.
That’s awesome to hear! I was unsure if it was too late, but now I'm feeling more confident.

Good point! I hadn’t thought about how warm the soil still is. I might just take the plunge.
