Hey everyone! I'm a total newbie to growing plants and I'm setting up a 2x2 grow tent in a spare bedroom. I'm not dealing with any odorous plants (definitely not growing Cannabis anytime soon) and I'm curious whether I really need to exhaust the air outside the room. My current setup includes a 4" inline fan (190 CFM), a clip-on fan inside the tent, and both an oscillating fan and a ceiling fan in the room. The door will be open with a baby gate instead of a full door. I've come across some opinions that say venting outside is a must, while others just vent back into the room. Will my setup work, or should I be concerned about heat and humidity? Any advice would be super helpful!

I have a 5x2 tent and don't have a formal vent either. I'm in a bigger room (next to the dining area) and I just keep an eye on humidity. I use two oscillating fans all the time and leave the tent slightly ajar with some flaps open. Sometimes I air it out overnight and I haven’t faced any issues so far!
I've got a larger tent (8x4) and I vent it into the same room without any problems. The main concern would be if humidity starts causing issues, like damaging walls or promoting mold. Just keep an eye on it, and you should be fine.
