I had a drywall repair done on my bathroom ceiling last week, and now I can clearly see the edges of the replacement panel. It's been six days, and the outlines are really noticeable to me. It’s common for the edges to be visible if they didn’t apply a smooth finish properly. If you’re unhappy, definitely bring it up with them. Just tell them you’re not satisfied with the repair and see what they say. Good luck!
