I have a wooden table coated with Rubio Monocoat that's been curing outside for about 30 hours. It's under a roof, but with light rain expected, I'm concerned some drops might get in if the wind picks up. Can I safely cover the table with a cloth and then a plastic sheet on top, or could that ruin the finish? It's a heavy table, and since I have toddlers, I'd rather not move it inside until it's fully cured.

I’ve used a lot of Rubio Monocoat and trust me, you have to really mess up to damage it. As long as it’s dry, you can cover it with cloth and plastic without worrying too much. If there’s any issue, you can always scuff it up and add another coat. I typically do at least two coats anyway!
If it feels dry, I’d suggest moving it indoors. At this point, it should be sturdy enough to withstand any minor bumps from toddlers, plus you won’t have to worry about water damage if it rains.
It really depends on the temperature! You might want to check the finish under the table with your fingernail to see if it’s blemishing at all. If it’s been around 18°C (64°F), and it feels dry to the touch, you should be good to go!
