I grew burlesque tomatoes last year and they turned out great, so I'm trying the same seeds again. I started them in the first week of April, but I messed up watering them, and they haven't developed true leaves yet—they look pretty sad. New seeds are arriving today, but I'm wondering if it's already too late to plant them again or if I still have a chance. I live in West Yorkshire and I'll be planting them outside.

It's definitely worth a shot! Generally, people say you should plant by April, but in cooler areas, things can grow faster later in the season, so don’t give up yet.
You might want to consider checking out a garden center for established plants. Many folks around this time are even giving away extras! But since you're after that specific type, I'd still say go ahead and plant your seeds and just hope for the best.
There's no harm in trying to plant them now! Just keep in mind that they might fruit a little later, especially if there's a frost risk. If you can put them in pots, that way you could move them into a greenhouse later, if needed. Good luck!
