Is it weird to mix metals in different bathrooms?

I recently painted one of my bathrooms black and I'm really excited about adding some gold fixtures to create a striking accent. However, the house we just bought has silver fixtures in every other room, including the bathrooms and kitchen. Am I making a mistake by having one bathroom with gold while everything else has silver? Will it come off as uncoordinated?

I say go for it! I’ve got all black hardware in my house, but one bathroom has rose gold, and it looks amazing. Your home should be a personal expression, so let your creativity shine!

Mixing metals is totally fine! If you can't see them together, it's even better. Gold accents in one bathroom can add a unique flair without clashing with the silver elsewhere.

I agree! Just make sure to balance it out so it doesn’t feel overwhelming.

Honestly, don’t stress about it! If someone’s using the black bathroom, they’re not going to care about the fixtures in the other bathrooms. Just go for what you love!

Exactly! Your space should reflect your taste, not someone else's.
