Is It Worth Expanding Small Bedrooms in My Potential New Home?

I'm currently house hunting and found a property I really like—it has a decent amount of land and a shop in the back. However, I'm facing a challenge with the bedrooms; two out of three are quite small, which has me wondering about my options. I'm considering knocking down the closets or the wall between these two small rooms, but I'm not sure if that wall is load-bearing. Additionally, I think about building another bedroom on the left side of the house at the end of the hall. Is expanding like this a smart move, or should I just keep looking for a different home? The living room is also on the smaller side, but I'm okay with that for now. If there are affordable ways to extend it, I'd love to hear those ideas too! I've attached the floor plans and a front picture of the house for reference.

Honestly, my advice would be to either keep looking or just accept that those bedrooms are small. Adding onto a house tends to be pricier than you might expect—usually more expensive per square foot than the original house itself. Just something to consider!

That's what I was worried about. Thank you for your input!
