Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone has heard any rumors about Milwaukee potentially releasing a cordless siding or fencing nailer. I know that their roofing nailer can be used for vinyl siding, but I'm specifically thinking about using it for HardiBoard. Any updates or insider info would be great!

I've not heard anything solid about a new cordless siding nailer from Milwaukee, but I know you can use the roofing nailer for some siding applications. It's not ideal, but it works in a pinch.
I think it would be awesome if they made a coil siding nailer! They’ve got a coil nailer for other uses, but a cordless siding option would really set them apart. Have you checked out what Paslode is doing? They've got a model out now, which I think is pretty cool!
Just to clarify, the cordless option by Paslode is specifically for siding and uses different nails than the roofing coil nailers. It’s a different tool for a different job, so it would be great if Milwaukee could offer something similar!
